Sir, I have completed my 3.5 years article training under PCC and also got the first group of PCC in November 2012. Unfortunately the PCC is winding up.. How can I write the second group alone in may 2013 and what are the procedures..

sec 44AB is operational only when profit & gains of business & profession we to be computed for the purpose of computation of total income to meet the requirement of the provisions of sec 4. That being so any income which is designated as "Income which do not form part of total income " has nothing to do & can not be subjected to the provisions of sec 44AB Vide Addl.CITv/s India Magnum Fund (2002) 81 ITD 295
