Hi, could you please inform me what is the procedure to start a foreign company in india and it wuld b a subsidiary or branch and activity would be TRADING, and do also inform Types of Taxes such as for foreign company or if i take a Indian Partner so Tax will ve VARY ?, hope you understand my question.
