    Hi Experts i am an accountant, one of my employee taken Housing loan (different dates in this previous year) amount 20,00,000 (interest free loan). how to calculate interest with different dates and also while taking interest as a perquisite as a salary & wages. but how to get benefit for employee side is there any deduction from income from house property? repayable demand 8 yrs. plz guided me. and how to different dates calculation interest. R
