    Sir, I have submitted my clients Revised Return of Income for the A.Y. 2007-08 on dt. 5/5/2008 claiming refund of Rs. 85000 on account of relief u/s. 89(1) & deduction u/s. 10(10C) as my client has taken voluntary retirement from SBI. Request letter for issue of refund filed from time to time. The ITO has not processed the return u/s 143(1) till date. Now as on today he issue notice u/s. 148. The time limit of processing the return expired on 31.3.2010. What is the recourse available with me. Plz guide. Shall I challange the notice u/s. 148 as the return is not processed u/s. 143(1)? Wt should be done?

    i therefore developed a formula that helps u to findout logarithm and antilogarith by about 10 secoands where as scirntific calculator takes 6 secoands.

    Thank you very much sir, for your Prompt reply. But, as you know in online payments full payment has to be made and system doesn't accept less payments, in such situations is there any other way except raising debit notes??

    sir, my querry is quite practical in the present scenario suppose mr.X is a business man and he faces short term funds requirement beacuse on paper credit what he givers to his debtors is of 3 months but actually the payment comes in 6 months so what to do whether to go for PL(PERSONAL LOAN) OR FOR CC(CASH CREDIT)? FOR RUNNING THE BUSINESS .IS IT COMPULSORY TO GETS BALANCESHEET TO BE CERTRIFIED BY A ca to get CC loan
