As DTA or DTL is independant of each company & hence even we consolidate subsidiaris & holding we can not setoff one companies Deferred Tax Liability against other companies Deferred Tax Asset -as this is my interpretation only & I m little doubtful if u have basis under Accounting Standard Plz mail me on my mail id pankajmuthiyan@gmail.com
