sir i would like know that under which section and at what rate should the travel agent deduct the tax as the payment is purely for education fees and section 195 says that any other sum chargeable under this section

CPT Examination Pattern Common Proficiency Test is an objective type test with a scheme of negative marking for each wrong answer. In other words, 0.50 marks would be decided wherever a wrong answer is given in respect of a question carrying 1 mark. The questions would be objective in nature accommodating different patterns. earlier negativing marking was only 0.25 for each worong answer Comment........

RESPECTED SIR /MADAM /STUDENTS, I HAVE RECENTLY KNOW ABOUT CHANGE IN CA CPT COURSE RULES THAT THE NEXT EXAMS OF CA CPT WILL BE CONDUCTED TWICE IN A YEAR INSTEAD OF TAKING EXAMS FOUR TIMES IN A YEAR. I ALSO WANT TO KNOW THAT IS THEIR HAS BEEN CHANGE IN PASSING REQUIREMENT LIKE THAT : MINIMUM MARKS FOR PASSING IS = 100/200, AND NEGATIVE MARKING IS 0.25%.
