Ms. Asha, I do not understand 1.How you can transfer without there being a sale and 2. How the remittance can be unless it is towards that sale.

sir regarding the clarification u wanted: 1)the indian subsidiary gets money to meet the cost. there are inward remittances from parent company. 2)what i mean by transfer is -- the subsidiary after it finishes work sends the developed software to its parent company for its use
