thank u sir for ur reply...but please make me further clear about the manner we will deal with the interest if we are receiving on f.d for the period January to December(1 yr)....whether the same will be recognized in our income on due basis or receipt basis...or propotionately for 3 months in one year and for remaing 9 months in next year

Dear Mr. Srinivasraghavan, thanks. yes, this should be sales promotion. I just want a confirmation, in that case the will the stock be out at zero values? And on free goods there will not be any notional vat?

sir, this subsidiary company came into existence last year. when i see the books , i found that only expenses are debited. there are only inward remittances from the parent company. i have been told that there wont be any sales here but all in the parent company. so i thought that sales willhave to be booked on basis of transfer pricing . please guide me as to what should be the procedure and how should i go about it .thanks for your patient reading and help. sir please let me know at your earliest
