I am attached to Amalgamations group of Chennai. I am also on the Board of some of their group companies, besides being a CFO & CS of Simpson and Company Ltd..

Dear sir, How can i get rank in pcc?...whose book shall i refer for all subjects ? i am confused.All are preferring different book for 1 subject..kindly help me sir

If a policy is framed out and passed in an audit committee meeting tlike this "That any expenditure with a maximum limit of Rs 5000 to be considered as not a material amount and will be accounted for in normal account head of the next financial year if the same is relates to last financial year and if received at any period after the end of last financial year but after a cut off date fixed for submission of unaudited financial result for the directors." My question if this is passed and accepted as a policy by the board or the audit Committee a. Will it be prejudicial or will it really affect the accounting standard or accounting policy? The intension is to eased up the operation and nothing else. c. If, so what are the points supporting our favour from, audit, tax and other compliance matters?

respected sir, I am newly joined Co. Sec. my Co is Pvt. Co. and we are redeming pref. shares originaly isued to parent co. which is japanese Co. ,we have taken BM for redemption on 6th Jan and we are reddeming shares on 31st jan so what will be the last date for form 5 filing ,30days from passing resolution or redemption similarly I would like to know whether RBI approval or intimation is required to be given after redemption? thanx in advance

Yogesh says : can he appear for CA Final ?
My friend had passed CA Inter in 1998 and also completed his articaleship but he didn't appeared for CA Final for some personal reason. Now he wants to appear for CA Final as per new course of ICAI.Can he appear directly for CA Final?Please solve the above query as soon as possible and in detail.For replying my email id is "yogeshkanjariya@gmail.com"
