Dear sir, it would be kind if you could answer the following question

ASHISH DARAK says : ReAppointment of MD
MD's appointment is ending before AGM.If there is loss in the Pr. Year but profit in the I Quarter, can Managing Director be reappointed in the AGM or Central Govt. approval is required. please let me have checklist for re-appointment of MD.

My employer given me the form 16 with out showing any deduction towards HRA and conveyance. He deducted around 4000/- from my salary as TDS. I am paying 36000/- as house rent. Can I claim the House rent and conveyance charges in my IT return and claim for the refund of the TDS deducted?
