Hello Sir, Please tell me the daily cash payment limit by a company.... and also please tell me the limit is applicable for payment to a single person or aggreagate payment to all parties

Hi, My import duty query is as follows: 1) On what value is the customs duty calculated? Is it the invoice value or the market value of the product? What are the elements included in the finale value on which the duty is calculated? 2) If the container has the main product with other free product(Consumer offer.Printed on the pack. Not free for me) what value shall be considered to calculate the duty? 3) What part of the duty can be claimed? Answer to this or a point in the right direction much appreciated. thanks

dear sir, my articleship extended for 94 days and i fill form 108 again. i face some problem to fill the form 108, specially page no. 4 of this form. a information want by icai in this form is 'date of commencement of articleship' plz suggest me what date i fill in this row option(1) - date of articleship starting in main deed (form 102) , Option(2)- date of articleship starting in supplementary deed (form 108). plz reply soon. dharmendra

but i would like to ask you a doubt that what about a project financing we have a project costing 30 crores and we have already finished and received 7 crores but because of some other reasons we want to go to finance for 20 crores to complete on going project what should be the ratios i have to maintain to get the loan
