if a person Receives gold jewellery on his/her marriage (before 20 yrs).but he/she has not shown that jewellery in any of his/her return and today he/she wants to sell that jewellery. Wont the income from such sales would be treated as undisclosed jewellery by the taxman for Previous yearss please clear my query..thank you in advance

My friend done the articleship during the period 20.10.2006 to 19.10.2009 in that period B.com is also completed in march,2007. Articles are effected by 4 months. actually some colleges taking the admission without attending colleges by paying fee. Institute asked for explanationnts. what i going to give reply
