Myself JITENDER, graduated from Delhi University in first class and become a CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT in Nov-08.

I am currently working with Max Healthcare.

I have small clarification regarding EPCG LIC., we have units at Andhra Pradesh & Maharashtra, for all the units at A.P. we are applying EPCG LIC from Jt. Director General of Foreign Trade, Hyderabad. i.e. at the time of machinery procurement (import /indegeneous). My doubt is, for our units in Maharastra, can we apply EPCG LIC. from Jt. Director General of Foreign Trade, Hyderabad rather than applying from Jt. Director General of Foreign Trade, Mumbai (or) Pune. If yes, can anyone tell me what would be the procedure (what changes had to be made at the time of filling the application or in any certificate) Kindly reply immediately.

dear sir, i (pankaj bobde) was registered under intermediate course with registration no :mm091860 and i have cleared one group in pe2 in the year 2006 and i have exhausted my attempts, further i have received new registration no from institute( reg no: sro0080238 ) i would like to know whether i am eligible to write november 2008 exam .
