seems you are confused. if ur answer to point 2 is "Rs.50,000- will fall under the category of reimbursement" there shall not be any TDS as there is not tds on reimbursement of Expenses. 2. Whether it is the reimbursement in the books of A or B?. If it is in the books of "A", "A" has not paid any expenses or claimed. If in the books of "B" it is not claimed as reimbursement, but as expenses. Please clarify. -
