    Ms. Puja Pl. this is in reponse to querry of Mr. Rishabh : If you hav done efilling, return will be processed one by one and surely .you will get refund shortly. 2 there may reason of non credit of TDS in your account , U can check AS26. 3. U can write simple letter to AO for non receipt of refund. Surana

    i have sold the right of income in the proprty for certain payment by cheque & also secure right of 25 % in the futurly build house which should be build in3 yr. i have paid the capital gain tax for the amt.which i have received with indexs. should i have also be payable the tax on my futurely build house WHICH VALUE HAS BEEN FIXED FOR 3YRS.BUT IT HAS NOT RECEIVED TO ME TILL THE DATE
