What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
gross amount means amount including service tax and tds. suppose the gross amount of bill 100, so accordingly the service tax is 100/112.36*12.36=11, and tds is 100/(1-rate of tds)*rate of tds, and accordingly the payment amount will be 100-TDS.
