About me
A November 2001 CA, I worked at KPMG as Director M&A Tax for close to a decade. I have worked on complex International Tax issues in cases of Overseas Investors, for Inbound investment into India, merger and demerger for Indian listed and unlisted companies, tax structuring matter, valuation and fund raise activities, succession planning for the biggest business houses and whose who in India . I was an all India Rank Holder in the CA Final examination and a member of the St Joseph Academy Dehradun alumni, where I topped the District at 10+2. I am passionate about educating, both school and students and the professionals alike. To pursue an independent existence, I am now a practising CA, and using my time to create an educated India.
