Qualification: Qualified in 2004, I am a Chartered Accountant and a commerce graduate with more than 13 years of post qualification experience. I also holds a diploma in International Financial Reporting by Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA- UK ) and a management diploma from the “XLRI Jamshedpur”.
Skills: Well experienced in auditing financial statements in accordance with Indian GAAP and had also worked on the engagements relating to IND AS , IFRS, initial public offering among others.Have experience of giving training both technical and non technical in India and Overseas.
Professional Experience: Have strong understanding and knowledge of accounting requirements and complexities having led or been involved in audit and other engagements across several industry segments spanning over 13 years. Led audits of various engagements for many leading listed and unlisted public companies apart from large private and multi-national organization.
Also have good understanding of IPO and capital market transactions.
