madam here we have formed a pvt ltd co. having 2 directors but now we want to remove the 2nd director by filling form 32 for his mismanagment of company & appoint new director also can 2nd director back in company without directors permission ? if yes then how can we stop him to get in to companys matter ? thanks kaustubh -

: Issue of share capital
We have authorized capital of Rs.500000 and paid up Capital of Rs.300000. We would like to give the rest Rs.200000 share to a another party. Can you guide me on the formalities. -

Thanks Madam But if DIN 3 for new co. director not file then while filling form 20b, if i put DIN the it will prefill the information.
