Hello Arpita, FYI, i've requested only for draft of resolution for removing a director or appointing another person in his place in a pvt. company and also removing director is providing his resignation letter then why we should follow the whole procedure of sec 284 of memeber's notice holding at least 20% shareholding & etc.. Pls reply. -
