Dear Sir, Is it mandatory for clients to make the payments before 30th June for all invoices raised till 30th June 2017. My finance is saying that if clients don't make payments by 30th June then new Invoices need to be created with GST even for contracts signed in June 2017. SECTION 140(1) OF CGST ACT STATES THAT THE REGISTERED PERSON CAN CARRY FORWARD CENVAT CREDIT AS CONTAINED IN THE RETURN FILE ON 30.06.2017. CAN WE CARRY FORWARD EDUCATION CESS AND SAHE CESS AS INDICATED IN EXCISE RETURN FILE FOR JUNE 2017 (FILED IN JULY ,2017)
