Sir, We get tyres from Bhutan and send them back after retreading.Tyres are lifted and delivered in Bhutan.Please let me know if IGST should be charged or not. Material cost is 70% Labour cost is 30% Thanks and Regards

Dear Sir, As per Service Tax RCM Manpower service paid by Company. Now Manpower service done in June 2017 invoice raise in June 2017 (Service provider not mention service tax in invoice because of he limit below Rs. 10 lakhs) payment made in July 2017 whether we want to pay service tax or GST ? Please advise us Thanks in advance ...
