Hi, Me and my wife both are doctors and are working in a hospital on salary basis, simultaneously we started our medical practice and formed a HUF. All the receipts of practice is taken in HUF account. Please advice 1) whether HUF can declare income under section 44ADA of the Act, 2) is there any tax implication on me and my wife. -
