Dear Sir, I read somewhere that any pure service provided to CG, SG and local authority are taxable at Nil rate under GST. So my query is whether local authority includes Nagarpalika? and whether such service provided to Nagarpalika are taxable under GST? Please help in this regards. Thanks -

: 2017-18 ITR Refund
Hi Sir, I filed ITR-1 before the deadline last year (July 2017) but still there's no refund initiated from IT Dept. I understand this year it was slow processing compared to previous years because of whole demonetization episode but still it has been more than 7 months. Is there a time frame issued by IT Dept. that you are aware of. Thanks in advance !
