Dear sir,I am a student and my father wants to transfer his one segment of business to me . I have formed a new prop.concern in my name. Will it ok to transfer the asset and liabilities to me to support in start of my business and let consideration be gift ? or will it be viable to show it as unsecured loan? Amount of assets and liabilities being taken over amount to Rs.50 lacs. Pls guide -

Do we need to form AOP for construction in a plot having 3 OWNERS. THE CONSTRUCTION IS FOR SELF PURPOSE.AND THE CONSTRUCTED AREA WILL BE SHARED EQUALLY BETWEEN THEM?DO WE NEED FORM AOP OR PARTNERSHIP FIRM OR CAN THE CONSTRUCTION BE STARTED WITHOUT ANY FORMATION OF SUCH???
