Dear Sir, I had made challan of TDS u/s 281 and when amount putting in challan amount surcharge instead of income tax column. Now, I was applied for refund of tds through online Traces TDS login and form submit after DSC and traces form 26 B Acknoweldgement provide me. : termination of articleship on medical grounds
sir I have completed 2 yrs of articleship training but having some health issues so like to take termination on medical grounds I had consulted pvt ayurvedic dr when i called ICAI regarding the same they advised me to 1st obtain certificate from pvt doctor then request giov doctors to issue me a medical certificate on basis of certificate issued by private doctors but what guarantee is there the gov doctors will do so please advise
