I can answer queries relating to central excise and service tax matters. I can furnish replies to audit objections raised by AG audit / Internal audit (year 2000 audit), show cause notices and file appeals before Commissioner (Appeals), CESTAT

My experience in the area (years):
I joined Central Excise dept in the year 1978 as Inspector and retired as Superintendent in the year 2013. In the process, I worked in Fixed Sectors, Ranges, Divisions, Commissionerates etc and more exposed in adjudication matters
