80g certificate

Can anyone clarify me whether it is compulsory to have 80G certificate in hand to claim 80G deduction for a pvt. ltd. company.We are a pvt. ltd. company and we have donated Rs. 151000 to CM Kanya Kedavni Nidhi which we found a donation which is eligible for deduction under sec. 80G through its web site. But we haven't received the 80G certificate. Can we still claim it in our return? Please clarify.

Please make sure that 80G approval notification is endorsed in the back page of the donation receipt.
Also obtain the PANo of the donee to include in the ITR-6 of the donor.

yeah that's right. but still my question is, if we have all the required information, i.e. name, address, pan and amount. but we don't have anything physical supporting document like receipt or certificate.we can get the information required via phone. still can we claim deduction without physical proof?

Yes you can claim because we not required to attach any proofs with income tax return
