The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially declared the results of the CA Final Examination held in January 2026 on 1 March 2026. This year's results reflect the challenging nature of one of India's toughest professional exams, with overall pass percentages remaining low, highlighting the exam's rigorous standards.
A total of 53,652 candidates appeared in Group I, of whom 11,282 passed, resulting in a 21.03% pass rate. In Group II, 38,169 candidates appeared and 3,726 passed, translating to a 9.76% pass percentage. For candidates who attempted both groups together, the pass percentage was 10.97%. In total, 7,590 candidates successfully qualified as Chartered Accountants in this session.
This year's toppers demonstrated exceptional performance. Diksha Goyal from Karnal secured All India Rank 1 with 486 out of 600 marks (81%), followed by Anirudh Garg in second place and Rishabh Jain and Dhruv Dembla sharing the third rank with identical scores.
The results reaffirm the competitive nature of the CA Final examinations, with only a fraction of candidates clearing the rigorous assessment and highlight outstanding individual achievements among the successful candidates.
