The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the results and pass percentage for the CA Foundation January 2026 examinations, revealing that 21,099 candidates cleared the exam out of 1,09,694 students who appeared, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 19.23%.
Among gender-wise results, 57,238 male candidates appeared, of which 11,523 passed, giving a 20.13% pass rate. Meanwhile, 52,456 female candidates appeared, and 9,576 successfully cleared the exam, resulting in a pass percentage of 18.26%.
The CA Foundation January 2026 toppers list was led by Logapriya P P, who secured AIR 1 with 366 marks out of 400. She scored 92 in Accounting, 80 in Business Laws, 97 in Quantitative Aptitude and 97 in Business Economics.
The second rank was secured by Khushi Sikaria with 365 marks, delivering strong scores across all four papers.
The third rank was jointly secured by Hiba P, Suman Karki and Raghav Naresh Gupta, each scoring 361 marks.
The results highlight strong competition in the CA Foundation examination, with toppers achieving over 90% marks, reflecting the high level of preparation and academic excellence among aspiring Chartered Accountants.
