Companies must file the e-form CSR-2 for the financial year 2022-23 by 31st March 2024. Additionally, they are required to incur the prescribed CSR expenditure as per Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, by the same date to prevent potential penalties.

1. All eligible companies are requested to file e-form CSR-2 for the financial year 2022-23 on or before due date i.e. 31.03.2024 to avoid penal action by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Please ignore, if already filed.
2. All eligible companies are requested to incur prescribed CSR expenditure pursuant to Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (CSR Policy) Rules, 2014 on or before closing of the current financial year i.e. 31.03.2024 to avoid penal action by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Please ignore, if already complied.
