ICAI organizes programme to provide extensive understanding of AQMM v 1.0 for prospective trainers

One Day Train the Trainer Programme for prospective trainers for "The Audit Quality Maturity Model v 1.0."

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India through its directorate "Centre for Audit Quality" is continuously focused on addressing the qualitative aspects of the audit and to undertake research in audit and allied areas. Accordingly, the Centre for Audit Quality is undertaking various initiatives to spread awareness about the Audit Quality.

With the vision to achieve the abovementioned, the Centre for Audit Quality has launched the Audit Quality Maturity Model v 1.0 (AQMM v 1.0) to help Audit firms to assess their current level of Maturity. It not only helps firms to arrive at their current maturity level but will also provide a mechanism to help and guide to improvise their audit quality.

In order to increase the trainer base and provide a platform to the participants to contribute as a trainer for AQMM v 1.0, the Centre for Audit Quality Directorate is organizing a "Train the Trainer Programme on Audit Quality Maturity Model v 1.0 (AQMM v 1.0)" to provide an extensive understanding of AQMM v 1.0 to the participants.

Prerequisites: To participate in this programme one must have atleast 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Audit of listed Entities.

The directorate will evaluate responses and the shortlisted ones will be contacted for further discussion. It may be noted that the decision of the directorate will be final in this regard.

The program shall be conducted in the following cities:
Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad and Jaipur.

The following points may please be noted:

• No fee shall be charged from the participants.
• No reimbursement of conveyance expenses will be made.
• A certificate of participation shall be issued to the participants.
• 6 CPE hours will be provided to the participants.
