The suggestions are to help improve the functioning of the MCA-21 E-Governance Portal and will be considered for the development of the new MCA21 v3 system.
MCA21 v3 is an upgraded version of the MCA-21 portal, designed with the latest features and technology to enable easy and secure access to MCA services, promoting automation, integration, and 'ease of doing business'.
The Corporate Laws & Corporate Governance Committee of the ICAI is collecting the feedback.
The deadline for submitting suggestions is 30th November 2020.
