The panel has been formed to provide technical support to ICAI members regarding their queries and concerns on auditing aspects of statutory audits, with the objective of enhancing audit quality.
Members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in practice can send their queries to the Expert Panel.
Queries can be sent to the Expert Panel from 16th April 2022 until 30th September 2022.
Queries should be sent via email to auditfaq@icai.in.
No, the views expressed by the experts are their personal views and not necessarily those of the Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (AASB) or the ICAI.
Members should be brief but provide full information and facts, avoid mentioning client names to maintain confidentiality, and draft their own reports using their own judgment.
