The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has extended the waiver of condonation fees for late filing of application forms. This decision comes in light of ongoing difficulties faced by students and articled assistants with online submissions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The waiver now applies to all transactions dated between 1 April 2020 and 28 February 2021, helping to alleviate hardship caused by late submission penalties.
