The Ministry of Corporate Affairs(MCA) released an official notice on the MCA website. The notice read that the Form SH-11 is likely to be revised on MCA21 Company Forms Download page w.e.f 23rd April, 2020 and therefore the stakeholders are advised to check the latest version before filing.

Form SH-11 is required to be submitted by the companies to the registrar of the companies within thirty days of buy back of shares.
