FAQ :
The CBIC has extended the due dates for compliances that were originally scheduled between 15th April 2021 and 29th June 2021.
The new extended due date for these compliances is 30th June 2021.
Compliances that fall due during the period from 15th April 2021 to 29th June 2021 are extended.
This extension is provided via Notification No. 24/2021 – Central Tax.
The powers are exercised under section 168A of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, read with section 20 of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and section 21 of the Union Territory Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
