ICAI further extends validity of Peer Review Certificate in the wake of COVID-19 spurt across the country
22 July 2021 at 20:50ICAI has further granted relief to practice units by extending the expiry date of peer review certificate having original expiry date falling anytime from 1st July 2021 to 31st July 2021 till 31st August 2021.

CBDT grants further relaxation in electronic filing of Income Tax Forms 15CA/15CB
20 July 2021 at 18:38Taxpayers can now submit Forms 15CA/15CB in manual format to the authorized dealers till 15th August 2021. Authorized dealers are advised to accept such Forms till 15th August 2021 for the purpose of foreign remittances.

GST Compensation dues paid to all States for FY 2020-21 and 2021-22

Nearly 72% of financial transactions of PSBs done through digital channels
19 July 2021 at 21:59Minister of State for Finance - Dr Bhagwat Kisanrao Karad in a written reply to a question in the Lok Sabha stated that the share of financial transactions undertaken through home and mobile channels increased from 29% in FY 2018-19 to 76% in FY 2020-21.
GoI provides Financial assistance for developing COVID-19 vaccine
19 July 2021 at 21:54Shri Pankaj Chaudhary stated that financial support was provided to nearly nine private industries for the development of vaccines for COVID-19, whereby an amount of Rs. 489 crore has been allocated and an amount of Rs. 148 crore has been disbursed.
