CBIC to issue certificates of appreciation to honour contributions of taxpayers

On the eve of the completion of 4 years of the GST, it has been decided to honour the taxpayers who have been a part of the GST success story. As an acknowledgement, CBIC will be issuing certificates of appreciation to these taxpayers.

Cabinet approves Loan Guarantee Scheme for Covid Affected Sectors (LGSCAS)

On account of the disruptions caused by the second wave of COVID 19, especially on the healthcare sector, PM Modi has approved Loan Guarantee Scheme for Covid Affected Sectors (LGSCAS) enabling funding to the tune of Rs. 50,000 crore.

Monthly Review of Accounts of Union Government of India for the month of May 2021 for the FY 2021-22

The Government of India has received Rs.3,54,787 crore for May 2021 comprising Rs. 2,33,565 crore Tax Revenue (Net to Centre), Rs. 1,16,412 crore of Non Tax Revenue and Rs.4,810 crore of Non Debt Capital Receipts.

Relaxation on levy of additional fees in filing of certain Forms under the Companies Act, 2013 and LLP Act 2008 by MCA

MCA has further extended the timelines for filing of certain forms specified in Circular no. 06/2021 (other than CHG-1, CHG-4 and CHG-9) under the Companies Act, 2013 and LLP Act, 2008 without levy of additional fees, up to 31st August 2021.

Relaxation of time for filing forms related to creation or modification of charges under the Companies Act, 2013 by MCA
