ICAI | Certificates issued by Peer Review Board to Practice Units without end date

The Practice Units which have been issued a certificate in which the date till which the said certificate is valid has not been mentioned, may get the Peer Review of their firms initiated and completed on or before 31st December 2022.

ICAI | Peer Review Mandate - Phase II Roll Out

GSTN started allowing amendment in Form 9A - B2B invoices

GSTN has started allowing the amendment related to FY 2021-22 in October 2022 return period. This is in line with the recent amendment in the GST Law wherein amendment can be done up to 30th November of the next FY.
