I have received the same intimation today. For AY 2013-14, I have not filed any rectification on my end. Is there any action required on our end, or is it just an FYI to contact AO in case of future rectification? Please advise on how to proceed.

I have contacted to AO. He said dont do anything. it might be systems faults
