One of the reason is poor INDIAN JUDICIARY.
The biggest reason is he volatile currency trading
Biggest reason is "Political pressure which can force any corporate to relocate or move some where else"
Freezing Bank accounts by authorities without strong valid grounds/w/o given chances of proper representation/hearings.
many reasons but ineffieciency is thegreat in india
Apart from Ineefficiancy,Immorality is far Greater..............................You may find hereon this platform too....................................nothing to harm any Individual.
Insesensivities May be one more issue,apart from immoralities and inefficiencies.
