you can amend the details while filing GSTR2
No more options for Revised/Editable/Delete/Cancel.... You can amend in next month returns...
But,
You ll explain yourself for exact mistakes. Then can get exact reply / Solution..
sir just for upload for offline tool (winman software ) not at submitted and not file ( sorry sir I don't know English )

If you only upload and not submit then you ll be go to
GSTR 1 --> Online Return --> B2B ---> Select Required Invoice ---> Delete....
