24 May 2012i want to know if we have filled PAN of someother person because of unavailibility of the right PAN.this we have done just to avoid notice for short payment .i want to know if that person claims the refund,then how income tax dept will be handling this situation.plz answer
How you want the dept. handle the law breakers within the limits of law ......!!!!!
Earlier some filers used to put the PAN No. of their own. Now you can't do . Because the software is changed.
Perhaps that's why you must have put somebody's.
? somebody....next time you put your PAN No. claim refund...later .....later.... file correction return.
I am sure that This forum is to solve genuine problems. I do not think Ighly intellectuals can't expect a convincing answer in this forum.
