Wrong filing of annexure j1,j2

I was under the impression that the limit for filing VAT audit 704 for the year 2012-13 is 1crore , whereas the limit is Rs.60lacs& hence i have wrongly filed annexures J1,J2 in June along with the last return for the year 2012-13 .

Now that i have realised the mistake, will i still be able to upload the Form 704 audit report or will there be an error shown & some  furthur problem?
