works contract

i m delhi based and recd order to construct and erection & commissioning a solar plat in uttar pradesh. i have sublet the order to haryana vendor who will do the works at uttar pradesh. do i need to be registere in uttar pradesh or can i invoice from delhi to uttar pradesh customer and az well haryana vendor will raise invoice to me at delhi address chargingt igst. and simary i will raise invoice charging igst to uttar pradesh customer
