Works contract
sir,
one of my client he is a works contractor. he receive rs 4000000/- lakhs through bank. can calculate service tax in inclusive of service tax ? how can I calculate pls explain

Kindly explain nature of works contract as some works contracts are fully exempt or partial exempt depending on nature of work and service receiver.
