we are thermal insulation contractors. we take contract with material & apply that material with our on labour.
my query is that
1 what will the procedure under gst for contract with material?
2 without material ( company provides the material ) . we install that material with our own labour.
please clear in detail.

Both comes under works contract service............ charged at 18% with ITC..........
In second case the value of the material will be added up for charging GST........
