how work contract will be treated? under which slab? what to mention HSN code in invoice? how to determine time and place of supply?
as this includes continuous execution at site till end of the contract.

onr more query related to it . as all clients like residential client could not have gstin. so which type of invoice will be have to raise. and if it is tax invoice ...then we will not be able to mention gstin of client as client does not have it
