The Act was passed in 1976......but, who will Implementing.........it is complete for funding funda and for election expencies............who cared and who will care........nothing.
No Act will act, till we sensitize us and kill the demon sleeping in us.

I'd humbly disagree. If we, the so-called learned, sensitive, self-less people, can raise our voice against the plight of the physically weaker s*x at our home and can teach and encourage our children to follow suit then slowly but surely situation can change. Like any social change it will take time but it will happen. The past may be bleak, the present may be cloudy but the future will see sunshine.
