Women joined their fathers/husbands industry as

Women in some sphere opened own clinic ,
nursing home etc, and in other sphere opened
small boutiques , small manufacturing enterprise.
They made personal choices and had the courage
to make new beginnings . Though, it was not a
smooth sailing.
For many women the society was hostile,families
was non supportive and opposing.
